Chairman, the Federation of Korean Information Industries (FKII)

KCC Information & Communication, which started in October 1967 with the determination to sow the seeds of Korea's Third Industrial Revolution, has celebrated its 50th anniversary after its journey for a half century.

There has been a clear drive behind all the accomplishments that KCC Information & Communication has achieved over the last 50 years. It is a sense of mission to create a new paradigm of industry in Korea and an entrepreneurial and fearless spirit.

What transforms a new attempt into great success is perseverance. It is the accumulation of experiences through such efforts that builds one’s confidence of the future and in the individual. I am convinced that the 50-year history of KCC Information & Communication exemplifies this principle.
I also believe that the journey the company has pursued is a process of instilling the sense of mission and an entrepreneurial spirit in all the employees. This is well-demonstrated in how KCC Information & Communication, which ushered the Third Industrial Revolution into Korea as the nation's first IT company, entered into the automobile business since the 2000s and has grown into a major dealer of seven global brands in the country. I firmly believe that the company’s DNA of growth over the past years will create a history that will span another 50 years, 100 years, and even further into the future, while being renewed each and every day.

KCC Information & Communication stands in the middle of its own path that extends toward its society and a brighter tomorrow of humanity. A world with greater opportunities, a promising future, and many possibilities is within reach. KCC Information & Communication will use its 50th anniversary as a stepping stone to make a greater leap in the future, with a stronger sense of mission and a more passionate entrepreneurial spirit. Thank you.
