Thank you for your continued support for and interest in Honda and KCC Motors since its establishment in October 2004 as an official dealer of Honda vehicles. Throughout the years, all employees have been committed to providing satisfaction, reliability, and values to each and every customer. KCC Motors has striven to actively respond to customers’ demands and to understand that delivering customer service goes beyond customer satisfaction, rather than a pursuit of profits. As part of these efforts, the company has become the first Korean Honda automobile dealer to acquire the ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification. In October 2005, in Beopgot-dong, Ilsan, the company built a state-of-the-art, first-rate repair shop in a 2,500 square meter space. It also established a service network covering the Gangbuk area of Seoul and West Gyeonggi Province. In 2012, the Ilsan Showroom was officially launched. With the opening of the Daegu Showroom in March 2014, KCC Motors made a new start as the largest Honda dealer having a total of three showrooms, four service centers, and a repair shop that can provide sheet metal painting service. As KCC Motors has made great progress thanks to its customers’ trust and loyalty throughout its history, it will continue in its efforts to provide more improved services that will give greater customer satisfaction without settling for the status quo.
