Recruitment procedure

KCC pursues the steady and successful growth of the company and its employees, and is looking for talented individuals who do not fear change but have the passion and an open mind to communicate with the world.

    Our recruitment plan is announced through the company website, recruitment portals, and online media.

  • 02 Resume submission

    Please submit your resume online via the company's website.

  • 03 Document review

    Submitted resumes will be screened and we notify you of the results either directly or via the company's website.

  • 04 First interview

    Team leaders and executives will assess your professional skills and job proficiency through the first round of interviews.

  • 05 Second interview

    In-depth interview for those who have passed the first interview. We evaluate your potential and growth value.

  • 06 Final acceptance notification

    Those who passed the second interview receive the final acceptance notice.

  • 07 Document preparation

    Accepted candidates will be informed of the documents required for joining the company and provided with other guidelines.

  • 08 Orientation

    An orientation for new employees will be held for a fixed period after joining the company.
