IT-Outsourcing in the Public Sector
KCC Information & Communication has provided IT outsourcing services to a number of clients, including central government ministries, public institutions, municipalities, and companies, starting with the supply of services to the Korean Railroad Corporation in 2004.
IT-outsourcing refers to an organization's outsourcing of the management of facilities, personnel, and hardware related to information systems to IT professional companies.
